IEEE IMAS24 is proud to host a panel session on 'Women in Engineering: Connecting, Supporting, and Inspiring Females Worldwide,' with a special focus on facilitating recruitment and retention in STEM fields. This session will highlight Women in Antennas and Microwaves, moderated by female professors who will lead insightful discussions and share their experiences within the field. Following the panel, a Q&A session will provide an opportunity for African female professors and young PhD students to engage directly with the invited female speakers, exchanging ideas and fostering networking. Additionally, a networking event, including a posted session where female professors and PhD students will present their latest achievements, will be scheduled during the coffee break. This event promises to be a rich platform for knowledge-sharing and empowering women in engineering.
